Terms & Conditions – Regus Holidays
By requesting a quotation or confirming a booking with Regus Holidays, the client/traveler agrees to the following terms and conditions:
By submitting your contact details through our website or any platform, you consent to receive promotional calls, messages, and updates from Regus Holidays, including communication via third-party service providers.
Standard check-in and check-out timings are governed by individual hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and solely at the discretion of the hotel. While Regus Holidays may place such requests on your behalf, no guarantee can be provided. No liability shall be accepted in case such requests are denied, even if pre-confirmed by the hotel.
All itineraries are fixed and finalized at the time of booking. Transportation and services will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and will not be available at disposal unless explicitly stated. In case any paid activity becomes non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to arrange an alternative of similar value. If not feasible, a refund equivalent to the cost incurred by Regus Holidays will be processed within 30 working days. No refunds shall be applicable for complimentary services.
Regus Holidays shall not be held liable for any operational restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities, unions, or service providers, including but not limited to: non-functional air-conditioning in hilly areas, additional charges for heaters, restrictions on private vehicles, or limited operational hours of certain services (e.g., houseboats).
Unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions, entrance fees, parking charges, guide fees, and similar expenses are not part of the package cost.
For itineraries involving multiple airlines, passengers may be required to collect and re-check their baggage at transit points. Regus Holidays will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising from such arrangements.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Airfares and hotel rates are dynamic and may change without prior notice until fully booked and paid.
In the event of vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure, Regus Holidays will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative. However, no compensation shall be provided for delays or inconvenience caused.
Package pricing is determined based on the age of travelers. Accurate age details must be provided at the time of booking, calculated as per the date of travel. Any discrepancy may result in additional charges payable directly by the traveler.
In case of unavailability of the originally confirmed hotel, accommodation will be provided in a similar category hotel of comparable standards.
In situations involving force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, weather disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control, Regus Holidays will endeavor to secure the maximum possible refund as per vendor policies. However, no guarantee of full refund can be provided.
Regus Holidays reserves the right to amend or modify the itinerary due to operational reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, festivals, overbooking, flight disruptions, or government restrictions. No compensation or refund claims shall be entertained for such changes.
Client data is used strictly for booking, operational, and promotional purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties except for essential service providers and technology partners required for fulfilling the booking.
Certain hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, which shall be governed by the respective hotel’s policies.
The package cost excludes personal expenses such as seat selection fees, laundry, calls, room service, beverages, minibar usage, tips, portage, camera fees, and any other items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.
Mandatory gala dinners, peak season surcharges (e.g., New Year, Christmas), or special event charges imposed by hotels are not included unless specifically stated. While Regus Holidays will inform clients wherever possible, such charges may arise without prior notice.
Any deviation, extension, or modification to the itinerary will incur additional costs, which shall be borne by the traveler.
Additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or local operators (such as baggage fees, seat selection, or meal upgrades) are not included unless clearly specified.
All transportation, activities, and sightseeing services are booked in standard/base category unless mentioned otherwise and are subject to availability. Timings and seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Amenities and services provided by hotels and activity operators are at their sole discretion. Regus Holidays shall not be responsible for any deficiency in such services.
Schedules for activities and transport are subject to change based on local authority regulations. Any disruptions due to changes in government policies shall not be the liability of Regus Holidays.
Failure to adhere to the agreed payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund. Prior notice will be provided before such action.
All payments must be completed in advance. On-ground or post-arrival payments are not permitted.
Cancellation charges by Regus Holidays are INR 10,000 per person, in addition to any applicable vendor cancellation charges.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
